Roman blinds direct have been absolutely amazing company to deal with. Bernie's communication was amazing as my partner and I are in the middle of renovations and has guided us with all all things blinds! I had ordered my blind on Monday and was delivered Tuesday. The roller blinds are easy to install with videos to guide you and all attachments included and very resonable pricing for the amazing quality they are!

Update 2026 - Bernie's done it again! Great help sorting a new electric Roman Blind in a fantastic print at a great price. 2025 - Bernie made ordering blinds very easy and stress free. I ordered three electric blinds, two of which needed to be added to my existing remotes. He was helpful answering questions before I ordered, kept me updated after I had ordered and was prompt to respond to me once I'd received the blinds. Highly recommend and I would happily order from him again.

I ordered blinds during lockdown. I was pretty desperate for new blinds; our old ones were just falling apart. I was slightly hesitant to order online, not sure of colour or quality. I am so very please with the quality and the colour. Great value for money; so very pleased I took the chance. Installation MUST have been pretty straightforward as there was no cursing from my husband who hung them! 🙂 I highly recommend Roman Blinds Direct. UPDATE: 14 May 2024. Happy to report I still love my blinds 2 yrs later. They are still in perfect condition. UPDATE 2: 23 Feb 2026 The blinds are still going strong, but I’ve come back specifically to praise Roman Blinds Direct for their truly outstanding customer service. I won’t go into detail about the issue, as I wouldn’t want anyone to take advantage — but what I will say is that the care, generosity and professionalism shown to me were exceptional. If every business treated its customers the way they do, they would guarantee a lifetime of loyalty. I certainly know I’ll be a forever customer. I genuinely cannot rate them highly enough. Amazing product and some of the best customer service I've ever had. The help and advice from Kartika with choosing accurate sizes, materials and colours for our new build was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, including sending full length samples of various linens to test colour and feel. The end result is just stunning, with beautiful fabrics for both curtains and Roman blinds and they were simple and quick to install ourselves with no problems. Would highly recommend this company.

We have been using Roman Blinds Direct for blinds in different houses since 2013 & have always very happy with the service & quality. Can highly recommend these people. They're good to do business with! We've just had motors retro-fitted to 2 of our roman blinds. They organised getting them to Hamilton from Waiheke, got them dry cleaned for me, and returned them. It's always so easy. 🙂 Edit February 2024 - Roman Blinds Direct get better every time we use them. A self-inflicted problem with our blinds were repaired and sorted quickly and efficiently. We have ordered Roman Blinds many times over the years from Roman Blinds Direct and have always been very happy with the fabrics and manufacturing of the blinds. We recently moved into our brand new house and so ordered blinds, but what with the stress of moving I managed to really muck up the measurement's of our order. The blinds arrived and they just fit the window frames, needless to say we were waking every day at dawn. Anyway, I contacted Bernie and he was optimistic that the blinds could be extended and really went the extra mile to help us save our blinds. It was a very easy and simple process from ordering samples to having a team member coming out to double check measurements and then having a team member hang them once they were made.
